Postcards from the Past Event

Wow! With over 127 attendees to toast Jack’s contributions to the Everett community, Everett Museum of History’s Postcards from the Past event honoring Jack O’Donnell was a huge success!

The attendees not only got to nosh on delectable treats from Shawn O’Donnell‘s, they also were presented with an amazing talk Jack gave on just a few items from his immense postcard collection while taking in a gorgeous evening on the waterfront at the Everett Yacht Club. The weather was so very cooperative!

And to top it all off – EMoH was able to raise a little over half of the needed funds to get us started on a full-scale inventory project. Stay tuned for our next event in June at the Schack Art Center – where we will have a pop-up exhibition of over 250 historical photos from Everett’s earliest settlement to the middle of the 20th century.
