I am the great grandson of Charles Diller Fratt. My grandmother was Elsie Fratt Philips. I recently came into a treasure trove of historical information including a wedding photo taken in the parlor of the Fratt Mansion on Dec 10, 1917. This evening I wrote a blog post about it. It can be seen at:

I would like to get in contact with the present owners of the Frat Mansion. I have read about the renovations they have done and I believe they would be interested in the information I have.

    Thank you.

Hi Wendell, I have put your request up on our website, along with some info I found on the current owners. Are you local? We would love to see what you have inherited and how it relates to Everett history. Thanks for sharing with us!

I live in northern Minnesota. When my grandmother, Elsie Fratt Philips, died in 1984 my mother inherited her estate and had it shipped from Seattle to our farm in Minnesota where it lay locked in the Chickenhouse until she died in 2010–thus my title, Chickenhouse Chronicles. Elsie married Henry Olmsted Philips, son of Calvin Philips, creator of Greenbank Farm on Whidbey Island. I do have a few documents you might find interesting. Perhaps let me know how to send them to you.
        Thank you,
        Wendell Affield
